Enjoy a 4-Course Menu Crafted for Connection. Executive Chef Awiri Castro has designed a 4-course menu that celebrates local flavors and intimate dining. Start your evening with an elegant Amuse Bouche before moving to a tender Lamb Backstrap paired with sweet poached apricots. For the main course, savor the rich complexity of our Scotch Filet steak or the delicate, smoky notes of Charcoal-grilled Trout. To conclude, share a Lemon Myrtle Basque Cheesecake giving a sweet, zesty finish to a perfect night.

- Amuse Bouche: Smoked Salmon with lime aioli and caviar.
- Entree: Herb-crusted Lamb Backstrap, Stracciatella mousse, and poached apricots.
