Join us for an evening celebrating local flavours with a curated 4-course dining experience in partnership with Eden Road Wines, hosted by First Edition Canberra with special guest Eden Road winemaker Celine Rousseau. Throughout the evening, Celine will share stories, insights, and the passion behind every bottle.

You’re experience begins with a warming glass of mulled wine on arrival, setting the tone for an evening of generous hospitality and refined flavours. Chef Awiri Castro has created a menu designed to complement the elegance and character of Eden Road Wines, with each course thoughtfully paired to elevate every sip and bite.

We start with confit pressed pork shoulder, balanced by roasted capsicum purée and fig glaze, paired with 2024 Eden Road Riesling, creating a vibrant and textural opening. The next course features wild mushroom pithivier, cauliflower puree with a mushroom sauce, matched with 2023 Eden Road Tumbarumba Chardonnay.

For the main event, savour premium Scotch fillet MB5+ served with layers of golden potato gratin and red wine jus, paired with Eden Road Canberra District Shiraz and a 2023 Eden Road Gundagai Sangiovese. To finish, indulge in a rich chocolate tart with red wine poached pear, perfectly paired with a Long Road Pinot Gris, bringing the evening to a decadent close.
