Your experience begins with a warming glass of mulled wine on arrival, setting the tone for an evening of generous hospitality and refined flavours. Chef Awiri Castro has created a menu designed to complement the elegance and character of Eden Road Wines, with each course thoughtfully paired to elevate every sip and bite.
We start with confit pressed pork shoulder, balanced by roasted capsicum purée and glazed nashi pear, paired with The Long Road Pinot Gris, creating a vibrant and textural opening. The next course features golden crispy polenta topped with four cheese mousse and pancetta, matched with The Long Road Pinot Noir.
For the main event, savour premium Scotch fillet MB4+ served with layers of golden potato gratin and jus, paired with Eden Road Canberra District Shiraz. To finish, indulge in a rich chocolate tart with red wine poached pear, bringing the evening to a decadent close.
