The National Indigenous Art Triennial is the National Gallery of Australia’s flagship exhibition of contemporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art. Led by acclaimed Artistic Director Tony Albert (Girramay/Yidinji/Kuku-Yalanji peoples), the 5th Triennial, After the Rain, brings together new commissioned works from established and emerging First Nations artists across Australia. Exploring powerful themes of rebirth, resilience, and cultural legacy, After the Rain offers an immersive experience celebrating the strength of past, present, and future cultural warriors.
